The Templates tab on the Forms Configuration Page contains a list of editable templates associated with a subject rights form. These templates control the default content on emails and webpages visible to requester during the course of processing a subject rights request.
For example, when a subject rights request is marked complete in Osano, the requester will receive an email letting them know their request is complete. That email looks like this:
The Templates tab lets you edit some of the content that displays in this email.
How to Edit a Template
First, navigate to the Templates tab on the Forms Configuration Page by navigating to a form and then clicking on the Templates tab in the left-hand navigation panel of the selected form:
Second, click on the edit pencil icon that displays at the far right of the template you'd like to edit:
Click on a field to select it, then make whatever changes to the default values you'd like.
After making changes click the 'Save' button to update the content of the template or 'Cancel' to return to the Templates tab without making any changes.
After an edit is made the updated content for that template will be used in place of the original default content when that template is used in the future.
All edited templates will include information about who last updated the template and when those updates were made so any questions about where edited content came from can be immediately resolved:
